Great for getaways, rest, retreats, and time in nature. Just 15 minutes from restaurants, cafés, and the charming towns of Carrboro, Pittsboro, and Saxapahaw. 10–15 minutes to Chapel Hill, 20 to UNC.
The Space
This unique and small guest suite is perfect for relaxing getaways, road trip stopovers, and visiting the area for weddings and concerts.
Bedroom
Stretch out in the spacious king bed and watch TV from bed (Roku Smart TV; no cable). An overhead fan keeps the air circulating, and the mini split AC unit keeps the place cool in summer and cozy in winter. Draw the curtains to sleep in or open them for leafy, nature-filled views.

Use your own passwords with Roku apps or let us share our Netflix with you.
Full Bathroom
Hand-built shower with galvanized tin walls and an overhead skylight. Great water pressure and on-demand hot water with a tankless heater. Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided.
Kitchenette
Mini fridge, toaster oven, microwave, and hot water kettle. Stocked with cups, plates, bowls, utensils, organic coffee, creamer, and teas. Small bistro set for meals or writing.

Fast Wi-Fi and Smart TV with streaming apps. Netflix included on request.

If you like nature and a quiet setting, this is the place for you. If you believe in Big Foot and are scared of him it might not be your place. Erin is the best.

It was clean and quiet and honestly I got some of the best sleep I got in months. the host was friendly and accommodating especially considering i accidentally booked the wrong day, but it got fixed with no hassle. They even had treats and food for the fur babies. The style of the home was really cool. If you wanna get away from it all but not be too far away from it all and still be able to get a peace of mind, and relax this is the place. We’ll definitely be coming back!!

Erin is a great host. I've stayed in other properties of hers and they have all met the description. She is very responsive. This property is great.
