"Lake View Appartment", 1-room apartment 64 m2 on 2nd floor. Spacious and bright, partly renovated in 2021, comfortable and modern furnishings: open large living/dining room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), dining nook and cable TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen in the entrance (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Shower/WC. Heating. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the countryside. Please note: non-smokers only.

Piazzogna 19 km from Locarno: Modern, comfortable residence "Ticino Villa 1018", surrounded by trees and meadows. 4 houses in the residence. 39 apartments in the residence. Above Vira (3 km), in the district Gambarogno, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, along the wooded area, 3 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac, south-east facing position. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool angular heated (depth 170 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr.-31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture. In the complex: reception, lounge, WiFi, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Bread roll service. Motor access to the house the grounds. Parking. Grocery, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 50 m. Minigolf 4.5 km, walking paths from the house 100 m. Very pleasant environment and accommodation. Apartment well appointed and great views across the lake to Ascona and Locarno as well as the mountains. Pool was nice - shame we couldn't spend more time there due to the wet weather. Flat facilities were good although a few things could be modernised (eg vacuum)

Very pleasant environment and accommodation. Apartment well appointed and great views across the lake to Ascona and Locarno as well as the mountains. Pool was nice - shame we couldn't spend more time there due to the wet weather. Flat facilities were good although a few things could be modernised (eg vacuum)

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!”
