2-room apartment 55 m2, on the ground floor. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Oil heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, extra). Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed.

In the district of Bentwisch 1.5 km from the centre of Oberndorf, 3 km from the centre of Wingst, 38 km from the centre of Cuxhaven, in the residential district, 20 m from the river. For shared use: natural state property 20'000 m2, garden with lawn and trees. Table tennis, arbour, garden furniture, fireplace, children's playground (slide, swing), bathing jetty. In the complex: table tennis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), bicycles available. Available: canoe. Rowing boat (Local agreement), parking at the house. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 8 km, railway station "Wingst" 3 km, sandy beach "Cuxhaven" 38 km, grass beach "Otterndorf" 25 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km. “Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!”
