I would recommend installing a smart lock or a key box to make check-in and check-out easier, especially for tenants arriving in the middle of the night. Check it at 2AM unfortunately didn't work for us so we had to go to another hotel for that night as no one responded. The host was great about it, apologized and gave us a refund in all fairness.
