"Tuscany Villa 1018", 14-room house 470 m2 on 2 levels. Wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, kitchen corner and satellite TV. Living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, freezer, electric coffee machine) with small dining table, open-hearth fireplace. Shower/WC, sep. WC. Upper floor: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV. 5 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 3 rooms, each room with 2 beds (80 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC, 4 showers/WC. Gas heating. Parquet floors. Terrace roofed. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). No internal connecting door between the separated properties. Community pool is available for sole use of guests. When booking this property you make a reservation for the whole house. Facilities for shared use are then for private use.

Private: property 40 ha, park, beautiful, well-kept garden (not fenced) with flowers and trees, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, 10.05.-10.10.). Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 500 m long bumpy motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 10 km. Golf course 20 km. Please note: car recommended.

We spent two weeks in Borgo Castagnoli and enjoyed the spacious Villa with well equipped kitchen, spacious living room, comfortable bedrooms, private and very picturesque outdoor dining area, grill and garden. The villa and outdoor area are clean and very well kept. The pool and parking space is shared with other 2 apartments, but we always found there enough space to feel comfortable (and very often were the only people at the pool). A great spot to relax, surrounded by forests and hills.

We spent two weeks in Borgo Castagnoli and enjoyed the spacious Villa with well equipped kitchen, spacious living room, comfortable bedrooms, private and very picturesque outdoor dining area, grill and garden. The villa and outdoor area are clean and very well kept. The pool and parking space is shared with other 2 apartments, but we always found there enough space to feel comfortable (and very often were the only people at the pool). A great spot to relax, surrounded by forests and hills.

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home.
