Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: open living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, dining table, cable TV, CD-player, hi-fi system, DVD and DVD collection available. Exit to the garden. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) free). Upper floor: (spiral staircase) open walk-through room with 1 french bed, radio, hi-fi system and air conditioning. 1 open small room with 2 beds. Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating (extra). Patio, garden. Barbecue (portable). View of the valley and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: exposed beams and terracotta floors.

The Magnano castle and apartments within are situated 15 km from the town of Castell'Arquato, on entirely enclosed grounds. It is built on a hill, at 350 m in altitude, in the midst of vineyards and cherry trees, in the heart of the nature reserve of 'Piacenziano'. Panoramic position with superb view of the valley del Chero. Meadow, fruit trees at the foot of the castle. Inside the ramparts, is a large garden. The lived in part of the castle has been completely restored. For shared use: picnic grounds. Private parking. Excursions in the surrounding areas. 4 Mountain bikes available. In a radius of some 100 m, there are several trattorias serving typical dishes and wine tasting cellars. Beautiful, historical castle "Emilia Romagna Villa 1000", surrounded by fields. 25 km from the centre of Parma, 10 km from the centre of Salsomaggiore Terme, 10 km from the centre of Fidenza Village Outlet. Private: garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, table football. Available: bicycles (5). Parking on the premises. Shop 9 km, shopping centre 9 km, outdoor swimming pool 8 km. We have spent ten days in June 2016. The location is really wonderful. Everything is as described on the internet site. The WiFi internet connection worked and we could connect our laptop computer and talk using Skype. The apartment is well designed. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. The living area is excellent to work and relax. There are many TV channels. There is a functional kitchen: stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, dishes and cooking utensils. The property is very clean and well maintained. There is a washing machine. The parking is in front of the castle. The owners are wonderful people and they made significant efforts to make our vacation a wonderful experience. When we arrived, as a gift, the owners provided us with wine and samples of jam from the local production.

This is a very nice small holiday home with all modern facilities. The location in a historical castle makes the apartment special and worth experience. The host family is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very tidy, garden is lovely, view is magnificent etc good superlatives. Suits best for one family or a couple. Warmly recommend.

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home.
