"Baden-Württemberg Villa 1019", 3-room apartment 68 m2 on 2 levels on 2nd floor. Stylish and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Top floor: 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings. Large balcony. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Sauna is designed for up to 10 people. Price € 25.00 extra per person for 4 hours, including a bathrobe, sauna towel, beach towel and flip-flops on loan. Comfortable timber house, surrounded by trees and meadows. In the district of Schönbronn 6 km from the centre of Grosserlach, in a quiet position, 200 m from the edge of the forest, 4 km from the lake. In the house: central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking at the house. Grocery 6 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 6 km, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Sulzbach an der Murr" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km, bathing lake "Starkholzbachersee" 4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km, tennis 6 km, ski lift 6 km, cross country ski track 200 m, children's playground 1 km. “Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home.
