Andrew July 2025Our Family holiday was great. The apartment was very close to nice bars and eateries. The pool was quiet and there are plenty of sunbeds. Clean and tidy. Highly recommended if you are staying in Maspalomas, Playa del Ingles area. We would use this again.

It reflects the images and is modern, very bright, great AC and lovely balcony for 2-4 people to eat on.
Very quiet residential area and communal pool in the bustle of the Yumbo and surrounding areas.
A couple of maintenance issues that could easily be sorted to make this a 10/10 instead of a 9.5/10; the twin room blind does not go up/down so does not block out the sunlight and the shower head loose and clear instructions on where the bin rooms are located.
Other than that, perfect!

We had a fantastic stay at Pablo’s Airbnb in Gran Canaria! The flat was lovely, clean, and in a perfect location, close to everything we needed. Check-in was seamless, and Pablo went above and beyond to make our trip stress-free by offering airport pick-ups and drop-offs, which was a huge bonus.
The host was extremely responsive and attentive throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. The only small issue was that the front door was a bit tricky to open, but we managed without much trouble.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we’d highly recommend staying here. Thank you, Pablo, for making our trip so enjoyable!

Great 7 night stay in a quiet apartment complex very close the Yumbo. The apartments face west so mostly very quiet at night, with the added bonus of beautiful sunset views.
Pool area clean with plenty of space. Pool is cool (like I expect most in the area are - few will be heated). Recent code changes to access this area meant we missed a day and had to ask for a fob in order to get in, but the host was able to get this to us and I’m sure that will be included with the keys going forward.
Kitchen was modern with all the usual stuff, even a microwave and NESPRESSO machine (buy your own capsules obvs). Personally I’d have preferred to have a washing machine than a dishwasher but that’s a minor issue.
Aircon worked well but is only in the main living area so if you need to cool your bedroom you can just leave the door open.
Bed linen all good. Second (twin) room layout feels slightly cramped and not much storage but it’s just for sleeping. Good TV. Great stay, well situated and secure.

Great location. Easy check-in. Clean property. Aircon in lounge only (no aircon in bedrooms). Would benefit from a standing fan or something in bedrooms. Allowed us to check-out later in the day which was very appreciated! Perfect short stay in Pablo’s property.
