Modern and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed, digital TV, flat screen, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the balcony. 2 double bedrooms, each room with 1 french bed and forced-air heating. Open kitchen (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). 2 showers/WC. Large balcony. Balcony furniture. Marvellous view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine. Suitable for families. 6 adults or groups of young people are not allowed. Sherry L. October 2021The apartment itself was SPECTACULAR! The view was so amazing albeit waves loud at night. The fact that the main bedroom lights stay on low at night was very troublesome. Glad there was a second bedroom to escape the low ceiling lighting that the other room had. The apartment itself is lovely, very clean and tastefully decorated. The beds, super comfortable. Water pressure great and plenty of hot water. The location, close to the beach and the shopping district of San Miguel. The pool area was very nice as well. It would have been helpful to have hooks in the bathroom to hang towels; a towel for the pool and better quality coffee machine. No cleaning products available ie. bathroom cleaner, window cleaner and no washing machine tab. At this price point, wifi in the apartment should have been included. Had to go down 7 floors to get free public wifi.
Sherry October 2021Beautifully situated apartment on the top floor! The apartment was very clean, super comfy mattresses, tasteful decor. The downside of the apartment was that there were pot lights in the main bedroom that stay on dim all night. I had to sleep in the second bedroom because of it. Wifi was not included and at this price point t it should have been. Had to go to the building’s public area for free wifi. No towel for pool or beach. No hooks in bathroom to hang towels. No cleaning supplies.
Kathleen May 2018Location and view were Great. However there was absolutely nothing in the apartment as a welcome. No coffee, barely any toilet paper, no dishclothes. Did not expect to have to purchase everything from salt and pepper to basic necessities for just a one week stay. xxx apartment in barcelona had a welcome basket with fruit, orange juice, water bottle and bathrooms were fully equipped with enough toilet paper for our stay. Just the little things that sometimes make a big difference when travelling. Also there is quite a process before getting to the beach (3 different elevators). That being said, the view from the apartment makes up for some of the issues we had with the lack or absence of certain amenities.
