This charming 3-room house spans 80 m2 over 2 levels, featuring beautiful and cosy furnishings that will make you feel right at home. The living/dining room is a cozy space with an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV, perfect for relaxing evenings in. Step outside to the inviting swimming pool and soak up the sun.

The villa boasts a lovely bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and satellite TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, including an oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Upstairs, a spiral staircase leads to another elegant bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and satellite TV. Outside, you'll find a barbecue, deck chairs, and a peaceful garden.

This stunning single-family house, recently renovated in 2019, is located in the tranquil hamlet of Regulići, just 4 km from the charming town of Barban. Situated in a quiet and sunny position, the villa is only 10 km from the sparkling sea. The property features a fenced garden with a swimming pool, terrace, and outdoor shower—ideal for enjoying the warm Croatian sun.

Only three other houses in vicinity, but also only 5 minutes drive to Barban with market, restaurant and pizza. Seaside easy to reach and enjoy beaches and clean warm sea! We have already decided to return hosts and the house next year!

Starting from wonderful hosts to incredible comfort during hot summer. Swimming pool, bedrooms with bathrooms and tv sets, special area next to the pool for living room and kitchen. Only three other houses in vicinity, but also only 5 minutes drive to Barban with market, restaurant and pizza. Seaside easy to reach and enjoy beaches and clean warm sea! We have already decided to return hosts and the house next year!

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!”
