This condo is located on the 3rd-floor (the building has an elevator), and it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room has comfortable sofas, access to a balcony through glass patio doors, and a large flat screen TV, which is perfect for watching all your favorite Disney movies on. The kitchen is galley-style, and it comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, plates, and small kitchen appliances/kitchen gadgets that you would need to put together your favorite home-cooked meals. When it’s time to eat, there’s a cozy dining area that will seat up to 4 people. The balcony is screened-in to keep those pesky Florida bugs out, and a couple of chairs to relax on.
The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds, which are great for younger children. All bedrooms come with their own TV.
Other conveniences include free Wi-Fi Internet access, optional pool heat (where available), and in-unit laundry facilities.NOTE: Per Homeowner Association rules, all drivers must have a valid driver’s license or military ID (with proof of insurance on the vehicle). If you have an RV or boat, it is not a problem as there is also extra parking available for all guests.
