The property is located within a residential area, therefore any activity that may disturb neighbouring residents is strictly prohibited.

Parties and events are not permitted, and access to anyone outside the reservation is strictly forbidden.

The use of shishas at the property is strictly prohibited.

Pool heating is included during the season from October to April, with a maximum pool temperature of 28°C.

A complete weekly cleaning, including a change of bed linen and towels, is included for reservations of more than eight nights.

A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge on request for one child under two years old.
