5 Star Villa Holidays is thrilled to introduce Istarska županija Villa 1034. This 4-room villa spans 150 m2 across 2 levels and boasts beautiful and cosy furnishings. The living/dining room, spanning 50 m2, features satellite TV and air conditioning, with an exit to the terrace overlooking the inviting swimming pool.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities such as an oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob hotplates, gas rings, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. There is also a convenient shower/WC on this level.
Heading to the upper floor, guests will find a room with a luxurious french bed, satellite TV, and air conditioning, with an exit to a charming terrace. Another room features a dressing room with a french bed, shower/WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning, as well as access to the terrace. There is also a room with two beds, satellite TV, and air conditioning, also with terrace access. An additional shower/WC is available on this floor.
