The villa boasts a stunning living/dining room complete with an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, and air conditioning for ultimate comfort. Step out onto the terrace and take in the breathtaking views. The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities including 4 hot plates, a dishwasher, and a freezer. A convenient shower/WC is also located on this level. On the lower ground floor, you'll find a separate WC for added convenience.

The upper floor is home to three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The first bedroom features a plush French bed, a luxurious bath/bidet/WC with a corner bath, and air conditioning. Step out onto the terrace and soak in the sea views. The second bedroom offers another French bed with air conditioning, while the third bedroom has two single beds with air conditioning as well. Another shower/WC is available on this floor. Heating is available at an extra cost. Outside, you'll find a lovely terrace measuring 20 m2 and an additional 8 m2 roofed terrace with terrace furniture for relaxation.
