     This private vacation villa with private pool is a great choice for your next family vacation to Central Florida. Located in the Florida House 4064, in Clermont, it is less than 10 miles from Walt Disney World and an even shorter drive to shopping and restaurants. This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, over 1,400 square feet of living space, and sleeps up to 6 people. The home is fully furnished and equipped with everything that you’d need to enjoy your vacation. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the pot, pans, dishware, glassware, and cooking utensils you’d need to enjoy family meals at home. When it comes time to dine, you can do so either at the breakfast nook, which seats 4, or at the dining table, which seats up to 6 people.

     Sometimes, all you want to do is sit back, relax, and watch a good movie. The living room is perfect for that. It comes with two large sofas, vaulted ceilings, access to the pool, and that all-important large flat screen TV. There is also a full-size washer and dryer for those mid-stay laundry needs. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, flat screen TV, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and flat screen TV. In the second bedroom, there is also a half bathroom (toilet and sink), which has a door leading out to the pool area. The third bedroom has two single beds and a flat screen TV. After a long day at the parks or out shopping, you can come home and enjoy the private lagoon-shaped swimming pool. The pool area is screened in and has also has a covered lanai with seating and an outdoor TV. Alternatively, why not have some fun playing on the table tennis table, located in the garage.

Clear Creek rental home community is a delightful quiet community conveniently located one and one half miles north of US Highway 192 and just off Highway 27, the commute time to Walt Disney World is only 10 minutes. There is a shopping plaza located at the entrance of the community, which includes a supermarket, bank, post office, pharmacy, dentist, petrol station, dry cleaner, hairdresser and takeaway pizza (with free delivery). There is also a Wal-Mart and Lowe’s that is just south at Cagan’s Crossing and restaurants across the Highway in a newly constructed strip mall.
US Highway 192 is famous for the many unique souvenir shops, miniature golf courses, including Orange Lake Golf Club designed by Arnold Palmer and restaurants that are too numerous to mention!
