Located in the popular Sunshine Park Historic District about a 15 minute walk to downtown West Palm Beach, West Palm Beach Villa 1881 is a newly built house, completed in 2022. This luxuriously appointed 2 story home sleeps up to 6 guest and features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious open floor plan between the living/dining and kitchen areas and all new furnishings opening up to the outdoor living spaces. The patio features a dining area, lounge chairs and a jacuzzi.
There are flat screen TVs in the living room and in the queen bedded bedroom. This house allows pets up to 50 lbs with a supplement and refundable deposit.
West Palm Beach Villa 1881 is located just 15 minutes walking distance to City Place/The Square, the rejuvenated area of downtown with its pedestrian zone, restaurants, shops, outdoor cafes, bars and movie theaters. The Kravis Center for the Performing Art, Norton Museum of Art and the Palm Beach County Convention Center are also within walking distance.
The famous island of Palm Beach with its popular points of interest (Worth Avenue, Flagler Museum, Breakers Resort) and beautiful beaches is also 5 - 10 minutes driving distance.
