Ayia Napa Marina East Tower Suite features an open-plan living room with comfortable sofa set and smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, dining table for six persons, three bedrooms with amazing sea views, two bathrooms, guest WC, and a balcony stretching along the living room and all three bedrooms, overlooking the ocean. The master bedroom offers a large double bed and ensuite bathroom with twin sinks, a shower enclosure as well as a bathtub. The second bedroom also offers a large double bed while the third offers a large single bed.

The smart apartment offers full home automation and is fully equipped, fully air-conditioned with high-speed Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV and private covered parking.

Makronissos Beach is just 1km away while the Nissi Beach which was voted best beach in Europe for 2024 is just 3Km away.

This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed. This is a residential complex, and we require guests to respect the rules of the complex and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
