Located in the golfing community of Highlands Reserve, this is the perfect home for those wanting to visit some of the area’s famous attractions, such as Disney World and Universal Studios. There are high ceilings throughout the villa. The modern-style living room is spacious and has a comfortable sectional and large TV – the ideal place to relax. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking. The open plan layout means that the kitchen, living room and dining area are all together, giving you a bright and spacious living space. The formal dining room is modern and seats 6. Want to eat a little more casual? There is a small dining area right next to the kitchen, which seats 4.
There are 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom is large and has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has two single beds. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV, too. The screened-in patio with private pool (pool heat not available) gives you the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Florida weather. There’s a patio set under the covered lanai and chaise lounge chairs around the pool.

The community is made up of both residential and short-term rental homes ranging from 3-6 bedrooms, the community is built and was designed around the golf course, so some homes have gorgeous golf course views. The community also has a children’s play lot, tennis courts and, of course, the golf course, practice area and small clubhouse. The golf course itself is very well known and was designed to be tree lined and undulating it was based on some of the Scottish golf courses with spacious fairways and large but very difficult greens.
