This vacation home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and over 2,400 square feet of living space. It’s perfect for medium-sized families or groups.
There are two living rooms. The first living room, which is more of a conversation room, is at the front of the house, has comfortable seating, and is perfect for those who want to sit down and socialize away from the noise of the TV. The second living room, the main living room, also has comfortable seating, direct access to the pool via glass patio doors, and a large flat screen TV, which is perfect for watching all your favorite movies on. The kitchen is large, has plenty of countertop space, modern appliances, and comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, plates, and small kitchen appliances/kitchen gadgets that you would need to put together tasty home-cooked meals. When it’s time to eat, you can do so in either the kitchen dining area, which will seat up to 4 people, or in the formal dining area, which will seat up to 6 people.
If you’re looking for a place with a pool, you won’t be disappointed with this home’s pool. It’s large, sparkling, and ready for you to swim in it. The pool area is screened in to keep those pesky Florida bugs out. There are sunbeds for those who want to work on their tan, and there’s a lanai with patio furniture underneath it for those who want to enjoy the weather, but out of the direct sunlight.
There are four bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, complete with his and hers sinks, a large tub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a queen-sized bed. And the third and fourth bedrooms both have two twin beds, which are ideal for younger children. All bedrooms have their own TV.
Other conveniences include free Wi-Fi Internet access, optional pool heat (where available), and in-unit laundry facilities.
Community Description
The Tuscan Ridge community is located just off Highway 27 and is made up of a mixture of 3,4,5 and 6-bedroom single family homes. The development has a clubhouse and tennis courts. It is close to all theme parks, and there are many shops and restaurants on the US 27. This is an ideal location for a Florida golf vacation, being just 5 minutes from the Champions Gate golf Courses
