All questions answered timely. Clean and just what we expected.

We brought all of our children, their spouses and all of our grandchildren (Five Families and 24 Peo...ple Total) for a week to Disney World. We looked into may VRBO options, communicated with the owners, and made the decision to stay at this wonderful property. It was a great decision! We absolutely loved our stay here. Our little grandchildren loved the princess room and the Harry Potter room. Everyone loved the game room, the pool and the hot tub! Many of us stayed up late one night to watch our favorite college basketball team in the theater room. There was ample space for all five families and all the children. We spent the evenings playing games around the large kitchen table. We loved having two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two washers & dryers. The managers were responsive and easy to work with from the beginning to the end our our stay. Everything about this home exceeded our expectations and we would fully recommend this home to anyone ... especially, those who might have larger family groups! This property was perfect for my extended family. Great location. Nice community pool and lazy river.... Rooms were a decent size so we never felt like we were on top of each other. The community entrance gate keepers were friendly and helpful. Now for things that could improve. Although it’s known that the pool spa temperature takes 24+ hrs to warm, I think it would courteous if property management turned the heat on asap prior to our stay. I understand that guests prior may not have wanted the spa heated but 2 days with tepid spa water was disappointing especially when you pay for 4 days. The house was reasonably clean but in need of a deep clean. There was a opened rotten banana in the closet of one room. The door and sliding door glass leading to the pool could use a once over. Looked like a dog and toddler had a party on the glass. There were a couple of bugs in the kitchen. That’s also where a deep cleaning would help. Where the trash can is kept, there are stains on the island walls and crumbs in the baseboards. Crumbs in the handles of the dish washers also. The facet handle at the kitchen island was broken which I reported to property management but it wasn’t fixed during our stay. Overall we would stay again. Read More

I read a recent reviews and was nervous for my upcoming stay. I reached out to the owner and was ass...ured the issues were addressed. When I arrived, I was very impressed. Yes, there were “minor issues” but nothing dramatic. A loose button on the sofa. No toilet tissue in the bathrooms. Like I said, minor. The house was freshly cleaned. The towels were stocked well. The rooms were were comfy. The pool was cleaned. Double fridge, dish washers definitely helped. Washer & dryer on both levels is a PLUS! My family enjoyed their stay.
