Stefan P. October 2021We were lucky with beautiful October weather! The nights were cold (6 degrees), but the days were sunny and 20 degrees. We could even swim in the pool! The house is great! It was comfortably heated and very generous in space. It has been stylishly and carefully renovated. With a total of 4 bathrooms/toilets we felt extremely privileged. The two hostladies were kind and helpful. We went cycling in the hilly surroundings, enjoyed wine tasting sessions, strolled through pretty little towns (Albugnano), visited the truffle festival in Alba, the trobbing city Torino and the more relaxed one of Asti. A car is thus an absolute must have if you want to enjoy a bit more than just the house. Before you come to the house, drive to the big supermarket of Castelnuovo don Bosco and buy goods for the kitchen since there's nothing available in the house: soap, sponge, oil, salt, spices ... We will dearly remember these wonderful holidays for a long time!
