Balearic Islands Villa 1556 is a stunning 5-room villa spread over 190m2 across 2 levels, perfect for a group of 8 adults looking for an unforgettable holiday experience. The villa features spacious and bright living areas, beautifully rustic furnishings, and large windows offering panoramic views.

The ground floor boasts a large living/dining room with a flat-screen TV and a dining table, as well as a spacious double bedroom with access to the patio. The well-equipped kitchen/living room comes with modern amenities such as an oven, dishwasher, and microwave, perfect for preparing delicious meals. A shower/bidet/WC and double hand-basin are also located on this floor.

Upstairs, guests will find an open lounge with another flat-screen TV and stunning views. There are three more double bedrooms, each with access to panoramic windows. The villa also features two bathrooms, one with a bath/bidet/WC and the other with a shower/bidet/WC. Natural stone floors add to the charm of this property.

Outside, the villa is surrounded by a large, beautiful terraced garden with a lawn, trees, and a swimming pool. “Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home.
