Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, satellite TV, radio, CD-player, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Living room. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 4 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. 2 showers/WC. Gas heating. Natural stone floors. Patio, garden 500 m2, porch 18 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Panoramic view. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, safe, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house.

For shared use: property 20'000 m2, garden (not fenced) with lawn and trees. Private: swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 120 cm, 01.05.-30.09.). Outdoor shower. 200 m long bumpy motor access. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 1 km, bus stop 300 m, indoor swimming pool 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. The owner has a dog.

villa was situated on the edge of a mall town/village that was perfect for supermarket, Bars, restaurants, pharmacy etc & some great places to eat all around, excellent location for Pisa & Florence & all of the Chianti region.The villa was plenty big enough for 8 adults & had the most fantastic unspoilt views of Tuscan vines & hills with the sun setting everyday right in the middle. There was a well equipped kitchen with a BBQ, pool was fantastic & wine tour over the road, Perfect getaway.

villa was situated on the edge of a mall town/village that was perfect for supermarket, Bars, restaurants, pharmacy etc & some great places to eat all around, excellent location for Pisa & Florence & all of the Chianti region.The villa was plenty big enough for 8 adults & had the most fantastic unspoilt views of Tuscan vines & hills with the sun setting everyday right in the middle. There was a well equipped kitchen with a BBQ, pool was fantastic & wine tour over the road, Perfect getaway.

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!”
