     This is an immaculate 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation home in Florida House 4125.

     Everything is just quality and even has a games room to enjoy as well as a private pool and spa
All furniture is comfortable and of top quality and color coordinating to give the home from home feel

     The lounge offers cable TV leading to the kitchen with modern appliances and fully equipped with everything you would need.
     There is a nook table to seat 4 and the nook area leads to the patio and private pool & spa with a great view of the golf course. The pool can be heated as an optional extra and recommended from November - April

     The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-sized bed. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed. And the third bedroom has two single beds, which are great for younger children

     Free cable TV & Wifi is also provided

Disney Theme Parks are 20 minutes away, 15 Minutes to the brand new Lego Land at Cypress Gardens, 25 minutes to Sea World and Universal Studios, 45 minutes to Tampa, and 45-60 minutes to arrive at either coast.

     Just beyond our 24 hour manned gatehouse you will find lots of restaurants, pubs, and shopping. Especially convenient and within walking distance from our gates is the 24 hour Wal-Mart Supercenter where you can stock up on all your food and beverage needs. Great designer outlet shopping is a quick car ride away, as is many award winning restaurants. For our foreign visitors there are many local Pubs that will make you feel at home while watching the sports you love.
