     Meticulously designed by an internationally published designer whos built for her own standards, the 5 star deluxe West Palm Beach Villa 1870 Vacation Home is ideal for the most discerning guests.  The historically designated property went through a complete, gut renovation in 2021 and features vaulted ceilings throughout with 3 bedrooms plus a den, 3 bathrooms and a heated saltwater pool. 

     The primary bedroom suite features French doors to the pool, a Hastens Handmade Swedish King bed, 55 TV and ensuite bathroom with cast iron tub and separate shower.  The 2nd bedroom features 2 full and 2 twin bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom.  Bedroom 3 features a king size bed with frette linens and a 55 TV, and bedroom 4 is a den with a daybed and desk. 

     There are designer fabrics and finishes everywhere and the kitchen is fully equipped with le creuset, panini maker, toaster, new appliances, gas cooktop, ice maker, garbage disposal, nespresso and drip coffee, crystal glasses and outdoor serving for outdoor entertaining. 

     All bathrooms feature high-end Waterworks plumbing fixtures.  TVs include premium cable and movie channels and the property has the fastest Wifi throughout.  Children are welcome and there is a Bjorn travel crib (with sheets), a high chair and stroller available on request.

     The ultra private outdoor retreat area features an oversized heated saltwater pool with light and fountains, outdoor restoration hardware table that seats up to 12, a retractable sunshade cover, Barclay buttera cocktail and swivel set, sofa, 4 lounge chairs and a weber grill. The home also includes board games, a ping pong table,  pool toys, beach chairs and umbrellas. 

      West Palm Beach Villa 1870 is located on a quiet street in the Sunshine Park Historic District, walking distance to shops, restaurants, museums and more.  Legendary Palm Beach Island with its beautiful beaches and world class shopping on Worth Avenue is just a 7-8 drive away.

      This home requires an additional $ 1500 refundable security deposit to be paid with a check or wire transfer before arrival (or cash at arrival).

       5 Star Villa Holidays does not rent to anyone under the age of 21. This home does not allow children under the age of 10. Pets are not permitted at this property. The person reserving this house and signing the registration MUST occupy the premises for the entire length of stay. Non-compliance with this policy could result in the immediate eviction from the property with no refund.
