Exit to the garden. Living room. 4 double bedrooms, each room with shower/bidet/WC. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer). Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: dining room with open-hearth fireplace. Exit to the garden. 1 pet/ dog allowed. The Villa is characterized by large spaces and elegant common areas that make it unique in its kind. Inside the property there is a large fully equipped room that can host events or meetings.

Historical country house "Lucca Pisa and Surroundings Villa 1052", detached, built in 1700, renovated, surrounded by meadows. 700 m from the centre of Crespina Lorenzana, 30 km from the centre of Pisa, 33 km from the centre of Livorno, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 30 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: park (fenced), flowers and trees, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (15 x 7 m, depth 120 - 275 cm, 01.05.-01.10.). Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, tennis (1 x hard court), table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: billiard table, heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.11. to 15.04.. Parking on the premises. Restaurant 1 km, sandy beach "Castiglioncello" 35 km, rocky beach "Calafuria" 38 km, thermal baths "Cascina Terme" 10 km. Golf course (9 hole) 30 km, riding stable 500 m. “Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home.
