Lovely villa. Dishwasher does not wash properly. Toaster replaced but still didn’t work. Would be better if bottom sheet in master bedroom was fitted as wouldn’t stay in place. These are minor details and had a lovely holiday.

This villa sits right on a long, and essentially private, sandy beach. It is very spacious and well equipped. The view of the palm trees and the sea is sublime particularly at sunrise. The villa is at the top end of pricing and we were a bit surprised to have a number of maintenance issues. The beach gate was broken off its mounting, the safe proved to be unusable because no-one had a key, one of the shower doors was broken (but still usable) and the power pump for the water started to cycle noisily on and off all night until I found the switch on the main board to disable it. We also got locked out be the electric gate to the complex one night when it failed. We could get into the villa on foot but had to leave the car out in the main road. Mary, the local agent's representative was very responsive and helpful and the 24 hour helpline came in useful when the electric gate failed and it was fixed the next day. There are a couple of nice restaurants nearby - Enalia, about a mile away is very traditional Greek. A little further along the Pervolia Road is the Cyprus Fish Tavern, which is also good. In Pervolia itself the Pyrgos Tavern is traditional and very good and the Kokos Tavern is also well rated. Otherwise it is a trip to Larnaca where the Zephyros and Militzis taverns on the beach road into Larnaca are good but very busy. The best bet though is 30 minutes drive away in Trochni where the Trochni Tavern serves superb food in a fabulous setting in a restored village. Overall we had an extremely nice holiday here as the position right by the sea was just perfect and most of the minor issues were either resolved or did not spoil the peace and quiet of the place. Incidentally Larnaca airport is very close but aircraft noise was not an issue at all - at least not in October.

Very comfortable villa in a stunning position on what is effectively a private sandy beach. No need to use the pool as the sea is right in front of the villa with a gently shelving sand beach. Some of the equipment was below par for the price - the gate to the sea was broken, the safe was unusable because no-one could find the key and the pump for the water system played up, cycling noisily on and off all night until I found the switch on the main panel to turn it off.. Nonetheless a fantastically lovely place to be, particularly at sunrise, which was just magical. Mary, the local agent, was very responsive and immensely helpful.

Lovely villa. Thoroughly enjoyed dipping in the pool, walking along the beach and relaxing. Would recommend and would stay again, thank you Very little. Minor suggestions would be Not enough wine glasses for one each and perhaps a mat near the patio doors to prevent wet footprints coming inside from the pool.
