Very spacious house with a private bathroom for all 4 adult rooms which was super convenient. This was not the original house we booked, it was the alternate house provided to us after the original house became unavailable. Although we liked the style of the original house much better, we were happy that a solution was provided and the alternate house had more rooms and more bathrooms than the original. Some things to note; the pool heat was not quite working so I would not bother unless it’s fixed. Security will make you get an access card for each vehicle at $20 each, so plan for that. The carpet was stained in some areas and the mattresses are ok not the best, so both could use upgrading but not mayor issues for us. The positives outweighed the negatives. House management was pretty responsive and helpful. Location is great, at just around 15mins or so to Disney Springs. A few rolls of toilet paper and small soaps were provided to get you started, there were plenty of towels in different sizes, house was spacious and again, having so many bathrooms was amazing.

This house was within 15 minutes of Disney and had a pool. They also kept a pack and play in the garage along with a high chair so we didn’t need to rent anything. That alone makes up for the rest. The carpet was a little dindgy upstairs and the washer and dryer broke which made doing laundry a little frustrating, but when we called to report it they were really helpful and sent someone to fix the washer right away. They also thew in a few days or a heated pool for the inconvenience. The dryer still didn’t work well by the time we left but we used a hair dryer and worked it out. This house being so close to Disney with 4 rooms, comfortable beds and things we needed for our baby outweigh any minor inconveniences we had.

Overall we had a great time. The first picture in the listing is NOT the house but probably a stock picture as it’s the same floor plan but flipped with the garage on the left, totally fine just confusing when you arrive and think your at the wrong place. Check in was HORRIBLE. Line was so long, security people had the wrong name on the account, had to go to a separate place to get the key card to come and go- not the owners fault, more an annoyance of the neighborhood, they could really use a better system. Definitely plenty of room for our whole family and extended family to stay and enjoy our Thanksgiving vacation. Minutes from lots of restaurants and the Disney parks which was super nice. The biggest issue were little ants in some of the bedrooms and bathrooms and the smoke detectors were constantly beeping. The first night it was too late to have someone come out, the next day we had maintenance come out and they were suppose to have changed all the batteries but clearly didn’t as another started bleeping that evening. Kitchen had most of the tools needed to cook. Streets in the neighborhood were super crowded, hard to fit our 4 cars in the driveway. Overall we had a great time and besides Thanksgiving day weren’t at the house very much.

The villa is lovely. Great for family’s as one of the adults bedrooms is interconnecting with a child’s room which worked great for us. The only thing I could fault was the cleanliness, and the reason I say this is because there was a lot of dead flys on the window seals going onto the floor.nothing a Hoover didn’t sort out but wasn’t what I was expecting to do as soon as I got in the villa. The gated community was also lovely never felt so safe as it was 24/7 security. As for the villa itself it was perfect, great location near shops + restaurants. And only a short drive to parks. My wife and I treated our kids and grandkids to a vacation in Orlando. 8489 Oasis Key Cove was a wonderful venue for our family of 12 people. It appears to be newly remodeled, and the 7 bedrooms and 6 baths, as well as the huge kitchen area, gave us all a lot of elbow room. We would surely consider this location again.
