Sleeping up to 12 people, Orlando Villa 4397 has bedrooms across both floors including 2 children's themed bedrooms'! The upper floor loft area is equipped with an air hockey table and PS4 video game console. The downstairs game room has a foosball, a basketball shooting game, and ping pong table so the fun does not have to end at the parks!
You and your family also have the added luxury of your very own private, extra large swimming pool and spa right outside your patio doors to enjoy Florida's sunshine and warm weather!

The kitchen was fully equipped (toaster, blender, pots and pans, kids utensils and plates) for a large group. I have nothing negative to say about our stay! Hope to book another adventure soon!

The house is so spacious and literally has everything you need to entertain a large family ! Only thing was wifi was a bit too slow but that just meant more time at the pool ! Thanks again !

The amenities at Encore are perfect for the kids with a Waterpark as well as daily activities. I would definitely stay at this property again, but even more so I will only be booking a property managed by 5 Star Villa Holiday . I've rented many villas in Orlando over the years, 5 Star Villa Holiday is without the best management company I've ever rented through. They pay attention to details, extremely responsive and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful week at a wonderful home. Oh, the beds are extremely comfortable as well.

This house was a real treat. It was exactly as pictured and amazing clean. Each room had its own bathroom, which is ideal for a large group traveling together. The neighborhood was also beautiful and well-kept. It was close to all the attractions in the Orlando area, only 15 minutes or so to Disney parks and Discovery Cove. It was about an hour to Kennedy Space Center. I would highly recommend.
