This was a great home for our vacation. Plenty of space for everyone. The pool was warm! The location within the community was good. You could hear it getting rowdy in some places when out front, but when indoors or in back it was quiet. Home was clean upon arrival. Everything worked great. Management is extremely prompt. We (group of 25 adults) had a great time staying here and had plenty of room for everyone! The only negative is once you get into the house, you'll be in contact with a rental management company as opposed to the actual owner of the house. The owner of the house was super sweet and helpful, and the management company was too, until I brought up a minor issue I had and then they just stopped responding to me. Overall, a great place for a large group of people - the pool in the backyard was super nice and the neighborhood pool/lazy river/clubhouse was a 5-10 minute walk. The house is stocked with everything you might need too. There were so many cooking pans, plates/bowls, silverware, cups, serving utensils, can openers, literally everything.

There was an issue with the door code but the managers promptly corrected it. Overall it was an enjoyable stay. Very nicely furnished with modern decor
