Each of the seven bedrooms has its own individual personality, from Japanese and Chinese-inspired spaces to colourful pop-art, romantic, colonial and striking monochrome designs.
All bedrooms feature king-size beds, air conditioning and private ensuite bathrooms, with several also offering TVs, daybeds and thoughtful details that make every room feel unique. The rooftop suite adds another private retreat, with a bright white aesthetic, king-size bed and ensuite bathroom.
The villa's grand double-storey living pavilion is filled with vintage artefacts, antiques, framed photographs and original artwork, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of a private designer's museum.
A large teak dining table provides the perfect setting for group meals, while comfortable leather seating overlooks the garden and pool. Even the kitchen bar has a playful personality, featuring unusual seats inspired by a swing, horse and bicycle.
Entertainment is never far away, with foosball, ping pong and billiards providing plenty of opportunities for friendly competition. Outside, the expansive tropical garden surrounds a 12 x 5 metre private swimming pool, with generous lawn space, a swing bench and hammock beneath the trees. The pool can even be transformed into a volleyball court, while giant Jenga adds another fun activity for families and groups.
NicoNico Mansion also offers an exceptional range of experiences. Start the day with a floating breakfast of waffles, tropical fruit, pastries and coffee, enjoy a private chef-prepared BBQ in the garden, or unwind with a spa treatment beneath the gazebo.
The rooftop lounge and garden can also be used for private yoga sessions, while poolside drinks and dedicated bartending or mixology services can be arranged for special occasions.
