It went well but there was no working dryer

Our group of 19 absolutely LOVED staying in this home! The property owner is incredibly thoughtful, ...kind, and responsive. This is so important, as there are MANY homes in Champion's Gate, and most are managed by big management groups that give very little attention to detail, and even swap out properties at the last minute. It is very clear that this home is lovingly attended to, and that the guest is a priority. The property is clean, well maintained, and in excellent condition. We appreciated small details like every single bathroom being stocked with starter shampoo/soap (because the last thing you want to do after a long travel day is realize you have to run to the store before you can shower). Our vacation was a total success because we never felt like we were all crowded on top of eachother. The kids hung out in the theater room, the teens in the game room, some adults in the upstairs living room, some in the downstairs living room, no fighting over bathroom space or showers... it was just absolutely perfect and made for such a relaxing week! I didn't realize how necessary a second fridge was but we LOVED having a fridge just for drinks and sodas in the game room. The big kitchen was AMAZING. Due to COVID, we mostly just stayed at home, and cooked big meals every single night. We loved the counter space, the bar stools, and being able to spend time with the folks in the kitchen while we hung out in the living room due to the open floor plan. The pool was PERFECTLY heated when we arrived. Sadly, we only had a few days of pool usage because the outdoor temps were low, so there was no pool or spa heat at all for the 2nd half of our stay (we were fairly warned this was a possibility, but it was still a big disappointment to all the kids). Oddly, the Oasis clubhouse also had the same issue. The pool AND hot tub were FREEZING the 2nd half of the week. The hot tub was actually colder than the swimming pool. It was a big disappointment, but not a reflection at all on this property or the property owners, just sharing our experience to help set expectations if you are traveling over the winter months. The property owner was very quick to message back and communicate all information needed to be prepa...red for checking in and getting settled. The house was very big and had more then enough room for the three families we had staying there. It had everything inside that you needed. It was in a good location not to far from all of the theme parks. The oasis club is the community swimming pool which was very nice and had heated pools. We didn’t pay for the heated pool at the house and it was a little cold at our stay so we didn’t get into the pool but the screened in porch area looked very nice. The game room was nice with pool and ping pong. Being in the garage it was far enough away from rooms so that the adults could play while children slept and it did not interrupt them. Upon arrival we noticed just a few little things that we told the management company about. They were quick to take note of them and none of the things affected our stay. The day after we arrived a member from the management team stopped by to make sure checkin went well and made sure we didn’t have any questions. They were very helpful.
