This incredible 8 bedroom Villa is situated at Champion's Gate, a quick trip of less than 15 minutes to the happiest place on Earth and home to the thrilling Oasis water park right down the road!
Orlando Villa 4317 sleeps up to 19 guests comfortably with six king sized suites and a themed bedroom with bunk beds! There are bedrooms across both floors creating spacious living quarters and privacy for the whole family.
The excitement of having your own vacation home does not end with a home theater at your disposal complete with black leather recliners and a games room with a ping pong and pool table! Don't forget to take some time out to relax in your very own private pool and spa where you can enjoy the Florida sunshine right outside your patio doors.

Emilie S. January 2020Our group of 19 absolutely LOVED staying in this home! The property owner is incredibly thoughtful, kind, and responsive. This is so important, as there are MANY homes in Champion's Gate, and most are managed by big management groups that give very little attention to detail, and even swap out properties at the last minute. It is very clear that this home is lovingly attended to, and that the guest is a priority. The property is clean, well maintained, and in excellent condition. We appreciated small details like every single bathroom being stocked with starter shampoo/soap (because the last thing you want to do after a long travel day is realize you have to run to the store before you can shower). Our vacation was a total success because we never felt like we were all crowded on top of eachother. The kids hung out in the theater room, the teens in the game room, some adults in the upstairs living room, some in the downstairs living room, no fighting over bathroom space or showers... it was just absolutely perfect and made for such a relaxing week! I didn't realize how necessary a second fridge was but we LOVED having a fridge just for drinks and sodas in the game room. The big kitchen was AMAZING. Due to COVID, we mostly just stayed at home, and cooked big meals every single night. We loved the counter space, the bar stools, and being able to spend time with the folks in the kitchen while we hung out in the living room due to the open floor plan. The pool was PERFECTLY heated when we arrived. Sadly, we only had a few days of pool usage because the outdoor temps were low, so there was no pool or spa heat at all for the 2nd half of our stay (we were fairly warned this was a possibility, but it was still a big disappointment to all the kids). Oddly, the Oasis clubhouse also had the same issue. The pool AND hot tub were FREEZING the 2nd half of the week. The hot tub was actually colder than the swimming pool. It was a big disappointment, but not a reflection at all on this property or the property owners, just sharing our experience to help set expectations if you are traveling over the winter months. Overall we were THRILLED with this home, and would love to stay here in the future. 5 STARS FOR THIS AWESOME PROPERTY! The absolute best in Champion's Gate.

We had a great time , we came with our family and we all Loved it so much the house is super clean and spacious , Jim and his wife were so helpful and would definitely stay there away if I’m ever in the area . Owner replied within seconds and Was so attentive before during and after stay ! Love love love this place !

Perfect space for our family getaway. Beautiful space, fully stocked kitchen, space and things to do for the kids, and still have space for the grownups. Great home! Excellent homeowner, super easy checkin, would definitely stay here again!!
