Private: terraced garden, 2'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 150 cm, 07.05.-24.09. pool opening hours: 10:00-19:00). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Heating available only from 01.11. to 15.04.. Parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, supermarket 1.8 km, railway station "Montelupo Fiorentino" 2 km, thermal baths "Gambassi Terme" 30 km. Golf course (10 hole) 4 km. Every room has own good size bathroom and the equipment of the kitchen is good. Many thanks for the great hosts, they are really friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our holiday. Highly recommend.

Les propriétaires sont très gentils , serviables à l'écoute tout en étant très discrets. Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine en famille. The size of the pool and the many sun loungers mean that everyone can meet there to swim, play or rest. The villa is very well located for visiting Tuscany. The owners are very nice, helpful and attentive while being very discreet. We had a wonderful week with the family.

The pool is big and the garden is beautiful. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We recommend having a rental car when you are staying here, because there are no taxies or busses in Montelupo.
